Prenatal Massage
Using myofascial and swedish techniques, these sessions are done in a side lying and/or elevated reclining position. Pillows may be used to increase your comfort and to alleviate stress on joints and muscles.
Myofascial Release
This is a whole body approach used to address a number of issues causing pain or limited range of motion. Sustained pressure and holds are used to release areas of tension. MFR is safe and effective for everyone! Please bring shorts and a sports bra/tank top to these sessions as a visual assessment of the body is made prior to getting on the table. This is so the therapist may evaluate any structural issues that might need to be addressed. Please do not apply any lotion prior to your appointment.

Integrated Massage
Using a variety of techniques from gentle stretching, deep tissue and Myofascial Release, this massage will assist in decreasing muscle tension and increasing range of motion. Prior to each massage we will discuss your goals.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Using gentle techniques and light pressure, this massage helps stimulate the lymphatic system to reduce swelling and promote the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. This massage is very beneficial for those about to undergo surgery, post operative, and individuals with lymphedema.
